About AAUG

apple logo light blue aquaWe are an organization of people who enjoy using our Apple products including Apple Macintosh computers, iPhone and iPads. We come from all walks of life: professional computer consultants, educators, business people, artists and students of all ages. No special skill or computer expertise is necessary to become a member. We welcome both the beginner and the experienced user.

Our primary purpose is to provide Apple users a place to meet, learn from each other and to listen to speakers who have specific knowledge of various Macintosh software and hardware. You will learn more about your Macintosh and computers in general. You will hear the latest news concerning Apple, the newest applications and up-to-date information about the Internet.

Fellow Macintosh computer enthusiasts will be glad to share their knowledge which can save you time and money and make your computer easier and more fun to use.

User Group members often volunteer  providing themselves with personal challenge, growth, and opportunities for leadership and helping others.

We meet the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the BP Energy Center located south of the BPXA Tower at the corner of the New Seward Highway and Benson Boulevard, in Anchorage, Alaska. We start gathering inside at 6:40 pm, grabbing the last of our munchies graciously donated and provided each month. At 7 pm, get ready, buckle up, and rock and roll.
